Secondlight Partners is a private markets advisory and execution platform based in Dubai and London, focused on secondary transactions, IPO readiness, special situations and cross-border capital.
The firm works through senior relationships across the GCC, Europe, Africa and Asia, with additional capability across commodities and digital assets where access, structure and execution matter.
Secondlight Partners operates where access is fragmented, information is private and execution depends on trust with hard-to-reach counterparties.
The firm helps shape opportunities before they are widely visible — identifying the right pathways, structuring transactions, navigating key stakeholders and bringing together the relationships required to move from access to execution.
Secondlight Access gives approved buyers, sellers and strategic counterparties a curated route into qualified secondary opportunities.
The desk evaluates opportunity quality, counterparty fit, block size, instrument, structure, pricing context, approval status and data-room readiness before introductions are made.
Beyond secondaries, select special situations may also be reviewed where Secondlight has differentiated access through its partner network.
Secondary transactions are becoming an increasingly important part of private-market liquidity and portfolio management, especially as high-value companies such as SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic remain private longer or approach major public-market transitions.
Secondlight is building a relationship-led platform for this market, with an active secondary desk focused on sourcing opportunities, qualifying counterparties, providing pricing context and coordinating transactions from interest to execution.
IPO readiness starts well before a listing window opens.
Secondlight supports companies preparing for public-market scrutiny across equity story, investor positioning, governance readiness, shareholder alignment, adviser coordination and pre-IPO liquidity planning.
Secondlight advises on capital strategy, growth financing, investor access, partnership development, market entry and stakeholder alignment.
The focus is not simply raising capital. It is shaping the right investor base, strategic partnership set, jurisdictional path, transaction structure and timing.
Secondlight works on situations where value is constrained by timing, liquidity pressure, shareholder complexity, strategic sensitivity, jurisdictional barriers or cross-border execution.
These situations often require access beyond conventional financial channels. Secondlight draws on senior relationships across private capital, regional institutions, government-linked entities and strategic investors to align stakeholders and shape executable outcomes.
Secondlight works on verified physical commodity opportunities across regional and international counterparties.
The practice spans sourcing, logistics, custody, refining access, assay verification, provenance, payment structure, AML, sanctions screening and counterparty diligence.
Secondlight's digital asset work focuses on tokenized ecosystems, RWAs and blockchain-enabled market structures.
Experience includes token launches across multiple blockchains, listing strategy, market-maker access, exchange relationships, jurisdictional considerations, regulatory positioning, token utility, go-to-market strategy and ecosystem development.
